West Wing creator and writer of the forthcoming 'The Social Network' - Aaron Sorkin

Well, the rumours appear to be true, Variety magazine has revealed that 'The Social Network' will begin shooting next month. Of course, we will all refer to it as 'Facebook:The Movie'.
How a movie about the development of a web app, even one as pervasive as Facebook, can ever be watchable I'm not sure. But the project has been given the considerably weighty talent of Aaron Sorkin, creator of 'The West Wing' as its writer.
Joining Sorkin are uber-popstar Justin Timberlake (to play Sean Parker) and Jesse Eisenberg as Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg.
According to Aaron Sorkin's own Facebook page -
"I've just agreed to write a movie for Sony and producer Scott Rudin about how Facebook was invented. I figured a good first step in my preparation would be finding out what Facebook is, so I've started this page. (Actually it was started by my researcher, Ian Reichbach, because my grandmother has more Internet savvy than I do and she's been dead for 33 years.)"
